| I stand by my point, however. 96 was not the best year for the Z.  The only thing that makes this car more valuable is that we assume that it is box stock. However, even kept in a bottle the car is about 15 years old. To keep it a premium price "collector's item" would require you to either not drive it or use only "Bloomfield Gold" NOS components when the old ones fail (injectors) or disintegrate (weather seals, tires, hoses). What's the fun in that? I f you are going to buy a car you don't drive at least choose the best of the species (who collects 1997 Jaguars?).
